The chicken salad sandwich was OK. It was very small for the price and just served with a bag of chips. It just didn’t seem like it was a very good choice for my lunch.

Before Covid, the bread and jam were more available. Now, it's behind the counter and you have to ask for it to get any. I would like it to be offered by the server behind the counter if it cannot be made available to customers in the dining room. I love this La Madeleine, otherwise. I'm glad you found a great cook! Keep up the good work. Our family appreciates you!

Your tomato soup is tart, it’s good but not like other LaMadeleins. I asked is she has rotisserie chicken? She said yes, I told her that’s what I want, come to find out you do not have rotisserie chicken at all!! Very disappointed!!

The croissant was stale. There was one line worker and I waited at least 10 min to be acknowledged with nobody else in line. My soup was only sligtt he Lu warm.

Good service. Staff was quick to respond. The food isn't authentic, but it is good. Creme Brule was a bit too sweet.

It was a good experience, it just wasn't clear on where to order and where the line starts. I also took extra time because there wasn't a clearly visible menu for the food items anywhere.
