I eat there several times a month for lunch. I have had a good experience with the to go and have even shared with Panera how good you were at giving good portions. But, this time, the salad was very sparse because of so many little cups with the other ingredients. I like that they were in cups, but because they were put in the container with the salad, it was only about a 1/3 full of salad. I know how much I get when I eat in the cafe and it is definitely less for the same amount of money. I have to do take out most times because of my schedule and usually use the app to order. It is a great experience and works wonderful for me. But, I don’t want to be penalized for getting take out!!! Other than this problem, great experience and the soup was very hot!!

The coffee in the Dispenser was barely warm.

Seems like since 2021, Every time I go into the cafe, they are always out of the parfaits. Not happy about that.

Soup was not hot. Ham and egg were overcooked. Told we get a side and then charged for the side.

Out if the Nutella crepes

Ordered a dessert and coffee to go, but both the French and American pots were empty. I had to wait for coffee, but on the upside, it was piping hot!

Actually was very happy

The croissant was left off my order but was quickly rectified.

I gave specific instructions for delivery that were not followed. Luckily, someone at the bank was able to assist. Some of the watermelon was soggy.

Tables were not clean on the restaurant. No greeting when coming in to the café. Have to wait to get the coffee longer than the food.
