Staff were not very friendly and seemed to be preoccupied with other things other than taking orders and fixing drink machines

The reason for not giving a "highly satisfied" rating a due to the temperature of the food. My wife and I both had a cup of soup and the temp was lukewarm at best. We also had quiche and again the temp was not hot, tst was good but it needed to be hotter in heat especially the french onion

When I arrived there was no one at the counter to take our order. This took a few minutes before anyone showed up. Also there was no supplies for the coffee. I had to ask for them.

I didn't like that the employees are not following CDC guidelines. Also didn't like that the gust are not being asked to wear a mask. Also some employees were not wearing hair nets, who had long hair.

The outside tables were not cleaned.

I was not as satisfied as I have been previously in the past. Next time I will be friendlier so that the lady can be nice to me.

The Ceasar salad was mostly just ends of lettuce - no substance - croutons were not added but put on the top. No bread or jam.

Tables were not clean. Soup was cold.

My first visit was very nice. The restaurant was very clean. The employees were very nice

Staff are not changing out their gloves in between customers. Food is being handled by the dirty gloves.
