french onion soup not hot, asked to have it heated, took a long time, not hotter when received. asked for coffee, they said it was brewing, never brought it - only said "its over there". paid 15% gratuity for service-service poor.

Half of the pastry case was empty and there was no stuffing available for the holiday feast sampler at lunch time. I have never seen the pastry case so empty before. I hope there is a better supply available the next time I visit. I understand supplies run low at restaurants near closing time but this was surprising to see in the afternoon.

There was hair in my food. I took it to the front and told the associate. There was no apology or effort to make it right. She just took the plate and put it on the line.

My order was missing the mini chocolate croissants and the delivery was 10 minutes late.

Ordered soup and it was served tepid. Asked to have it heated up and they brought me a 2nd serving from the same pot and it was also tepid. Third time, they took it to the kitchen and warmed it up. The server said the warmer was set too low and they had just turned it up. I'm now wondering how long it had been at a low temperature and if any checks are in place to ensure food safety.

The restaurant was not busy at all. We were one two parties dining in. Yet they forgot part of my order. And when I brought it to the employee’s attention there was very little remorse. I simply got a “sorry”. I would understand if it had very busy or it was a complicated order. I’m guessing this is why not many people were eating in the restaurant. Poor customer service.

I wrote 3 emails and never received a response. Called and told I would have to speak to manager, left on hold for 25 min! Tried to call again , had to leave message!

I received a confirmation email shortly before the delivery which was not correct and was not given ample time to respond before receivng more boxes than ordered with the wrong sides in each box. We did not receive the specific sides we requested. I am still waiting for a corrected invoice indicating at least the correct nuber of box lunches orderd.

My soup and salad was ready 15 min after I was supposed to pick up. I said something and the person helping me was not kind to it. Even though it was ready to serve food..

All the orders were COLD, over easy eggs, potatoes, croissant, crepes. Had to request that food be put in microwave. No Apology. Ordered Specialty coffee, it was served cold after I had finished my meal. Server said that when he went to make coffee, there were people there with a to-go order. I watched as the orders were placed, prepared and paid for. My coffee (which had been paid for w/ my meal) was made after the to-go orders and then sat on the counter as staff helped walk-in customers. Regular coffee (American) was cold and another patron asked them to make a new pot. It was done. 5 tables had dirty dishes that were there when my party sat down and cleaned as we left.
