There are several reasons I have not been satisfied with this La Madeline but I will only state the issues with this particular visit. We ordered the chocolate covered strawberries like advertised on website, called and informed they didn't have. It was 10:50am how are you already out??? Picked up order from a VERY rude associate, which is common with this location. Got back to work and associate order was wrong. She ordered the Chicken La Madeline and got a half sandwich??? That is a HUGE mix up. Went back to restaurant and either Nelly or Bianca was having trouble understanding the mix up. There was no compensation offered for the trouble. She provided what we originally ordered but seemed it was just too much of an inconvenience for her. Luckily we have the freedom at work to go back and fix their mistake. It was not a hard order, they need to learn to check things before bagging and giving to customer. DO NOT RECOMMEND LA MADELINE TO ANY OF OUR CLIENTELE.

My salad was bland and bitter. My husband's soup and sandwich were decent, but still didn't have much flavor. I ate about 4 bites of his leftovers. My entire salad, minus 3 bites, and including extra dressing, will end up goin home to be an outrageously expensive treat for our chickens. This was a total waste of money.

I have dined at this restaurant since it opened. I've always ordered the Country French Breakfast, the eggs are always great, fluffy, and yellow. This time and the last the eggs were room temp, very very watery, had gross grey spots throughout, and tasted like mop water. I asked for a replacement and told them of the issues and my past experiences. The replacement was nearly identical. Sadly this restaurant is one of my favorites and I will not continue to dine here if my normal meal is served like this.

No French roast coffee available at all, and the American coffee was cold. The store was not busy and it took more than 40 minutes to get hot coffee- which is kind of a staple item. I would have just opted for hot water for tea- no hot water available.

We had multiple issues, beginning with the order delivery time being incorrect. I called at 7:40am expecting a 7:45 delivery and was told the delivery time was set for 8:15. I asked that the coffee and yogurt bar be delivered first, and was told that would happen. I called again after 8:00am and was told that the food was on the way, but they had no way to reach the driver (really?) to have them come back for the coffee. The food arrived even later than this, after the breakfast portion of our event was over. The order was incomplete and did not have the coffee or complete yogurt order. I called again and was told that they were still working on the order. I called again and was told that more sandwiches were on the way, but still no coffee. With no way to contact the driver (really?) I suggested picking it up myself, and was told that would be best. I had to send one of my people to pick up the coffee ourselves, after 9:00am. I called numerous times and a manager would not speak to me. Nobody has called to follow up afterwards. This is beyond unacceptable. Incredibley unprofessional. I hope my feedback is read and someone reaches out to make this right. Thank you.

the mgr was rude, refused 2 listen and constantly interrupted me, made untrue allegations, didnt return gcards i used but still had money on them. was condescending and had a nasty attitude. she seemed to be treating me with disrespect and disdain because of my race. i dont appreciate this.

I could not get curbside as no one answered. Then my order did not get the potato galette. When I called I was sent to Arizona and they told me I had to call back to the store. Then when I called back no one answered so I could not get a response to resolve. Very poor service!!!!!

The lady upfront wasn’t paying attention to customers ready to order distracted on her personal cell phone(handheld) then touching the food right after she put her cell phone back on her pocket. Oh I have to wait 21 minutes to get the bistro sandwich and French dip after calling their attention for the delay…at that time my coffee was cold,Bad manners at all times. The marker for the table was sticky, kind of deceptive experience.La Madeleine lost my business for ever
