Quick and easy service. Easy to read menu. Food was great and staff was very complimentary.

Both of the women who helped us during our visit were delightful. First the young lady (with the sparkly eye makeup for Valentine's Day) was adorable, bubbly and super helpful. Then, the batista went above and beyond, geating my coffee when I realized it was luke warm (the regular kind from the self-serve station). Overall great experience. Bringing 5 more friends there with me today.

The food was very fast. The place seems like a cozy lil restaurant. My kids loved the food

The manager was very helpful and friendly! Also the staff was as well. Presentation beautiful and the food was soo good. It was very busy and clean, had such a good VIBE feeling. Very happy environment!

The works were kind and made sure we get exactly what we wanted. The foods appeared so petting and very good. I love this restaurant and the food so much. Definitely will be coming back and telling my friends.

Jasmine at the Uptown Albuquerque really knew her stuff. She was very passionate about coffee and the brand. Very helpful and knowledgable.

The lady that took our order was super Friendly and helpful about informing us about everything.

As I waited for my party to arrive, I overheard a young lady as she served other customers. As a former waitress, I was very impressed. She was knowledgeable about the menu. When a customer asked for a recommendation, she was quick to tell her favorites. I also recognized the upsell, which she did deftly and without being obvious. She was successful in this with two different parties. When it was our turn, she gave us her full attention. Most importantly, she was friendly and upbeat. Ive been to this location before, but have never had that kind of service. She deserves some recognition. I don't know her name but maybe it's Erica or Monica? I didn't hear very well.

Makaylie took our order and went way beyond excellent customer service. Her attitude was extremely helpful in selling your business. We also had Bella go above and beyond to get my Specialty coffee drink in. She actually went and made it herself to make sure it was done properly. The food was extremely good the ambience was excellent. Definitely a treat from the normal restaurants in Albuquerque. With the 5 star service that Makaylie and Bella provided combined with the amazing food and coffee, will ensure my return for many times to come. Please keep up the awesome work. I was also extremely pleased with the cost that was very affordable for the service and food/coffee deserts we received. Bravo la Madeleine, Makaylie, and Bella! You make an amazing team!!
