La Madeleine always greets me with such happiness, everyone is so welcoming and friendly! I visit the Albuquerque location numerous times during one week at times and staff knows me so well,.. they have my order memorized! Management is so professional and friendly along with ALL STAFF! YOU HAVE GREAT EMPLOYEES YOU SHOULD BE PROUD!

Isabella S is the absolute best server I have encountered in Albuquerque. Her amazing personality and attitude towards work make the entire experience at La Madeleine that much better. She is always vibrant and energetic. Offers amazing menu suggestions and is overall an amazing member of your staff here in Uptown ABQ.

Our server Isabella was excellent and very helpful highly motivated and ready to answer any questions that we had. The price was reasonable and the food was very good.

The employee who took our order was named Bella. She was very friendly with an extremely positive attitude. We eat out often, and many other restaurants have employees who almost seem unhappy about their job. The young man busing the tables, John, was polite and did not slam the dishes into the tray. We let the manager know how we enjoyed our meal, and the pleasant experience because of the personnel.

The food was delicious, and manager is always remembers me and is so nice. The only little thing the latte I ordered was not as hot as I expected. Over all great!

We got there early in the morning. The staff was very pleasant and made our experience great. Bianca was very sweet and kind and answered all our questions and went above and beyond with her customer service

I have been dining at La Madeleine cafes since the 1980s and have always loved them. It's a well managed franchise operation. Quality control is outstanding.
