Excellent menu and small dishes, very delicious and nice presentation with cozy atmosphere.

Isabella the cashier was super friendly and I appreciated her suggestions. She was consistent in her great customer service even with guests after us. She made our experience wonderful! The food is always consistently delicious . Thank you La Madeleine for a great anniversary brunch for my husband and I.

I always love the food, atmosphere and people! The pastries are definitely a big bonus, to real good food. The overall style is just super cute.

Bella, who helped us with our ordering process, was super patient when I got confused about the fruit tarts and explained things very clearly. It was early and I gave a low tip because I miscalculated and she was still gracious about it. I was very embarrassed to have initially given a lower tip than planned so I supplemented it with some cash. The other workers at the cafe today were also quite welcoming.

When I placed my dine-in order, I also wanted to take something home. It was not available at the time. The manager assured me it would be ready soon. In the end, I was able to get it before I left.

Bella greeted me upon arrival with such enthusiasm and a really beautiful smile. Proceeded to engage in conversation while maintaining eye contact, letting me know about the school pride fundraiser they are sponsoring. Super efficient in my order taking as well as getting my food out to me in a timely matter. The presentation was immaculate as well as her service.
