It is a nice place. A bit informal. But a good experience.

Cleanliness of the tables was poor. Dirty dishes on tables. Some tables not cleaned.

Highly Satisfied connotes an exceptional experience. The food was good, the wood tables inviting, and the service was fine (they were busy yet maintained a cheerful attitude). One knock against you was a red tag for cockroaches some time last year. That was in the back of my mind.

Scrambled eggs too salty. Just use fresh avocado without added oil.

The food was served hot and fresh. The service was fast and friendly. The food tasted great! I have visited many times the last couple of months. This was one of the best visits I have had.

I asked the associate for a menu and she couldn’t give me one or tell me where the menus were. Plus I asked for no mayo on my food and still got some.

my order was not quite right: I asked for bacon on the side of my breakfast (I’m vegetarian), but it was served on the same plate. Also the coffee was a bit gritty this time.

Restaurant is looking somewhat tired. Tables and chairs are worn. Although our experience was better today, our last visit the restaurant was dirty. Many tables not cleared of dirty dishes.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because the restaurant has seen better days. The staff was friendly. Food took a minute. And there were abandoned cleaning carts in the dining area.
