The overall experience was pretty good. Tbh it's not that clean. They gave me the wrong soup. My food was good though.

Do you ever wonder if we truly are alone in this universe? Like, are we truly the product of science or is there some cosmic deity with a plan for all of us. For all we know, the universe could have been created last Thursday along with all our memories. It makes me worry, am I wasting my time taking this survey that is definitely way too long. Makes you wonder huh?

The dine in line was not working. We ordered and then shortly after they said they had no bacon. The food came out and we got bacon and they said it was a misunderstanding. We also ordered a quiche but that didn’t come out till we were already done with our food.

For a Cappuccino dining out I would expect a floral design to be attempted, rather than a heap of foam. It adds so much to your experience, and takes away if not there. If I made my own designs when at home, I would expect at least an attempt at one from an establishment. Perfection isn't needed, but it's that extra little something that goes a long way to make the experience memorable when visiting from out of town. Really nice ambiance, love the art and fireplace. Made it feel very cozy

We dined there at a very busy time and it was very crowded. No fault of the staff who were exemplary and did a great job in spite of being understaffed. Our cashier was awesome and the staff had a great attitude in spite of multiple encounters I witnessed with rude customers. They were professional and polite!

The food is very good the eggs could be cooked a little longer ,also some salt would work . Overall the food is really good the chef could improve on the cooking.

I was disappointed in the limited menu options. I remember going to La Madeleine in Dallas years ago and there was much more on offer. In particular, the dessert selection omitted my past favorites: Napoleons and Eclairs? The counter person did not know why .... very limited dessert offerings as well.

Service was a little slow waited on an employee first and no acknowledgment while I was waiting

Every time I’ve come it takes more than 15 minutes to place an order. The cashiers are too slow.

Staff very friendly, food was mediocre. Very clean
