Food presentation is bland. Water dispenser seems dirty. Food could be hotter. Hard to carry food without tray. Food is mediocre, but fine.

It's always a pleasure coming back to La Madeleine for Dinner after I get off and people there are friendly and great even the Manager Makaylie T. She is very kind and treats me with good customer service.thank you

I think there's always room for improvements. There were a few dirty tables. Overall a good experience.

Be nicer to employees in training. Where out of some dishes. Explain alittle more how the ordering goes for new customers. Other then that i love it.

You did away with the French bread slices. I was told a while ago to just ask for some and it would be no problem. But that never happens. Salad keep going down in quality also.
