Staff member taking dine in orders was rude

I had to wait several minutes for an employee to come out from the back to take my 'to go' order. The cook could see me from behind the counter but no one came out to assist me for several minutes.

The menus were worn out and difficult to read. They were not at all busy but yet the service seemed slow. The workers are not very attentive.

The croissants were just ok, I'd kinda expect the croissants at a place like this to be superb and a real feature.

American Coffee was empty French coffee was lukewarm. Crossiant was cold.

I liked the restaurant. I’m only doing this for the free food. Because I am very fat.

The food is great! Very tasty, the soup both tomato bisque and potato were hot when it brought to us. Tuna salad sandwich had a lot of filling.

Oh I have nothing to tell you. I was very satisfied with my experience. My only gripe was the restaurant was so nice there were too many people wanting to get food there.

On top of waiting 25 minutes for my order, my food was delivered and my son’s was not for another 5 minutes. While the cafe was relatively busy, I did notice that others that ordered after us, were served before us. I take issue with one person in a group being served prior to the other. Do I sit and wait the 5 minutes for his food to arrive only for mine to get cold?

I ordered a crepe. It states on the menu that to add a petite salad the cost is $3.39. However, I was charged $4.99 additional. Not good business.
