Maybe because it was a slow Monday but the staff were not friendly and acted like I was bothering them.

No galettes, order was delivered incorrectly in multiple ways (wrong fruit tarts, ordered sausage and got bacon, took 30 min for order to be delivered.

Came in for a latte. Then decided l wanted to take a loaf of bread home. I really wanted my latte first. However, the associate went an cut the bread, bagged the bread, gave me the bread. Plus a ticket for my latte. Isn't this backwards? Latte first. Then wait for the bread to go. The associate took more orders while l waited. It was just frustrating. Finally got my latte and it wasn't hot enough temperature wise. I ordered 7 grain loaf, when l got home it had a country wheat label on it. All in all l was disappointed.

The service is slow and the cashier could be more friendlier they looked over worked

Ordered coffee and it was barely lukewarm (from the carafes)

Took an hour to be waited on. Some people in my party had to just take their food with because they didn't have any time left to eat.

Did not get one of the items I ordered until after I finished eating.

I am a longtime Customer and I walked in and I wasn't even acknowledged the associate looked straight at me and passed by me!.. I stood there for a while! I love your cafe usually everything is good, but there is more to giving customers their orders!.. I was also surprised you were out of quite a few things in the bakery! I will be back.. I love your cafe!

The associate insisted on seeing my phone to verify my free bread reward. This associate carries on entire conversations with other associates while waiting on customers.

We placed our order and paid, our order included 2 French onion soups. When our food arrived we were told that there was no French onion soup. It would have been better to know prior to sitting down and getting our other food to know that there was no French onion. We went to the restaurant specifically for the French onion soup.
