portions have gotten very small at this location. Food is good but not a good value with the salad so small and no meat on the sandwich

French onion soup did not have a layer of cheese over bowl like most restaurants do and only 2 tiny pieces of bread. Had to find someone to get soup spoons.

The staff did not know how to input the order for the special advertised on sign. I was to receive a reward croissant & had to request it twice. We were not given glasses for our drinks. There was no ice in the ice machine. We have been to this restaurant many times, but the cleanliness of dining room was not up to par and many, many tables had not been cleared. Although the food was good, we did not see the level of quality that we have experienced in the past.

Food was cold. Mushroom sauce taste was bad. Broccoli inside the crepes was not cooked.

I have been to this cafe to order out three times in the last two weeks and each time there was a problem. The first time I ordered pastries which were the incorrect ones when I arrived home, the second time I order a dinner of salmon, rice, and and broccoli and the broccoli was uncooked when I got home, and the third time which was today I ordered four pastries and tried to pay with my app to get my points but the machine that records this would not work. It three emplyees to determine the machine was not plugging in after which I was told I could not receive any points because the transaction was already in the register. I will return because the food is delicious but the service is very poor.

I was called at 6:45 am the morning the order was to be delivered and told that I should have ordered 24 hours ahead instead of the day before, because they didn't have all the ingredients. I was lectured and then dismissed and the only solution was to cancel my order, which I did. I attempted to call other vendors, and I was desperate and I then called back and we compromised on scrambled eggs and bacon. He did give additional pastries, but this was for a meeting with members of the board. I will never use this restaurant again and I will not recommend it to anyone. You do have great tasting pastries.

I ordered the cinnamon roll. There was no strawberries. I asked for an extra plate. I had to get up twice to ask it. Ran out of American and French coffee. No refills for 10-15 minutes.
