The establishment was nice, the workers friendly, but the food was not up to par. The sandwich was mediocre and cold, the salad soggy, and the soup was not nearly warm enough and bland.

I really always give good marks on these surveys. This time was just off in the cafe. The workers were very friendly and nice. We arrived at 7:40 for dine in, we were told that the cafe closed at 8 and we could only take to go. It seems we would have been in time with an 8pm closing. The sandwiches were missing the mayo so they were very dry. The potato soup was missing the cheese and bacon. Also it seemed to have turned, it was separating and had a slight sour taste. The crouton was missing from the French onion soup. I think the cafe is just very understaffed. But I felt that I should be honest on this survey.

I had la madeline bone appetit card value around 25$ I was trying to use but they said system change and they do not now how to redeem it and I was forced to use differnet payment, manager sound indiffernece cold, I would like managment to call me and help me redeem my bon appetit card ASAP my phone 3173326650

I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with all aspects of this visit. Coffee and food were delicious and hot. A worker did not show up but the young lady in charge was amazing... friendly, efficient and positive! Fun visit!

I ordered French onion soup. They gave me a number. Waited and waited. I never received it. I finally went and asked. Deer in the headlights look from associate. I said I don’t want it anymore. Received refund and left.

Both of our orders were, at best, lukewarm. The onion soup was so salty I could not eat it. The broccoli in my order was so hard I could not cut it with my fork, therefore could not eat it. The mushroom gravy, which I love when I order it delivered, was so cool that it was "broken." And worst of all, my grandson's meal was salty and cold, and when he got home after about an hour, he threw up and his stomach hurt all evening. I have only done delivery with La Madeleine before and loved it, especially the mushroom gravy...but as the former manager of a restaurant myself, I was disgusted. We didn't say anything because they were too busy to even notice us, so we left. I don't know that I will ever order from you again, but I certainly will NEVER go to the café again!

Staff was rude and unprofessional (not helpful). Order was incomplete, missing a TART, which no one seem to be able to find! Staff was unorganized - will not return.

Cashier said I order sour dough loaf and I said no whole wheat loaf, she said “no, sour dough” while holding up my phone in order at me like I was wrong! Another young man came over and said “please don’t talk to my employee like that” I tried to explain your I ordered whole wheat loaf and he RUDELY stated we don’t have whole wheat loaves. I attempted to explain that this item was on your menu on the web site and he interrupted me and again said “we don’t make Whole wheat loaves and please don’t talk to my employees like that! If he would have let me finish speaking he would have heard me suggest he check the web site and correct it so no one else thought they made whole wheat bread but he didn’t listen and I was not speaking rudely to HIS employee, but he was certainly rude to me. May I suggest you teach your staff to listen to what the customer has to say it might help your business! You have lost me as a customer and I will be talking to my many, many, family and friends about this service and your use of poor employees! You might want to change the web site and remove whole wheat loaf from it!!

They refused to offer us bread stating no bread in the restaurant, they seems so rushed to get us out of the restaurant so they can go home , they refuse to give me my pastry for previous survey stating they close the cashier etc , was awaful awaful experience, cashier unpleasant too It is sad we spend all this money to be treated like this
