The coffee was cold

It was very good food and fast. I loved my sandwich it was hot and yummy. The service was also very fast.

We were satisfied

Would like to be able to have bread available. Don't like the high top tables that have replaced the standard tables. The sandwiches are too small.

The staff is nice and the pastry/desserts are great. My favorite place to go for desserts.

The overall appearance and quality of food was okay. The Caesar salad was lacking dressing and quality of ingredients such as romaine lettuce was welted down. Sweet tea was also lacking sweetness. Also I usually have bagged kettle salt and pepper chips and was substituted to some plain chips.

Food was great. Little bit pricey. $17 for sandwich, small soup and tarte. Wish their was a combo for soup and sandwich versus having to up charge for soup. Felt a little bit pressured to order whole sandwich “it’s only a dollar 50 to get the whole”

The only complaint I have is that each time I visit, My coffee is not hot enough. Sometimes I have to return to find another pot that satisfies the need to drink hotter coffee than what I've been getting lately at this particular La Mad.
