They have an issue with service dogs, needed to eat outside in 100+ degree Texas weather, had to repeat myself multiple times, don't know if the gal was new, walked out having spent $42 for 2 soups and 2 iced teas.

Feels cluttered and it was hot.

Quiche tasted a little old

The food was great but coffee was not hot enough. It was just like warm. They need something to keep it heated in the canister.

Staff taking orders also cashier also getting order in line to pay. Multitasking causing delay

Café ambience has changed; did not seem very clean and food seemed of lower quality and soup was not hot. Jelly container only had a smear at bottom and not sure why it was presented in that manner.

The gentleman at to go was very friendly and willing to help us order our meal like the chicken le madeleine. Food was warm and delicious but the portions have gotten smaller.

The only negative comment I have is this: The last two times I've visited this cafe, I ordered the large Ceasar Salad without chicken, and my guest ordered the large Ceasar Salad with 2 servings of chicken. On both occasions, the serving size of my salad (lettuce, basically) was not as ample as all my previous experiences have been. There was a new girl making the salads -- I visit this cafe frequently enough to recognize the "old" employees and the new employees. The salad was delicious, as it always is. My guest's lettuce serving was ample on this visit, but he "complained" on our previous visit, commenting that he didn't get enough lettuce. We didn't say anything to anyone. However, on my next visit, if I feel I am being "shorted" on lettuce, as I compare to all the years I've been coming to this cafe, I will mention it right away.

Claudia & Shar ? were so friendly. Seth cleaned up after us so quickly & was very kind! Food is excellent.

Soups could have been hotter. Soups could have been less salty. However satisfied with staff
