No strawberry spinach salad listed on mobile app (just seasonal salad). I put special request notes that weren't looked at and they had to remake salad. Price listed on menu for salad sampler was $10.79 where I was to choose 3 salads. I chose chicken salad as one and was charged an additional $1.49. If chicken salad costs more, this should be stated on the menu. Very misleading.

I visit this location weekly for a meeting with friends. The only reason that I did not give "highly satisfied" is that the prices are higher than we would like. This is balanced by the fact that there are numerous rewards. Thanks for providing a morning cafe experience with good food!

The soup could have been a bit hotter. Entry was a bit crowded due to displays of soup jars and boxes of cookies. Other than that it was good.

The eggs and sausage were cool when my husband started eating them. He suggested you install a microwave so he could heat up his breakfast. The potato ganache was warm as it just came out of the oven or frying pan and held its heat better. I might suggest using metal covers/domes over plates to keep the food warm until eating. Also I like cream in my coffee which tends to cool the coffee. It would have been nice to zap my coffee cup n a microwave to heat it up. You could disguise a small microwave because heaven forbid a French restaurant have a microwave. :)

Temperature of dining room was a bit warm, not many children's choices. Overall, very good.

The manager was trying to train an employee on the resister when the line was already too long. Finally the manager operated the register. However the solution was too late because our food came out of the kitchen before we completed paying. The help walked around trying to find us and only did so when we sat down.

Wasn't sold on super clean, always a "reset " when ordering where having to understand ir adjust to menu. Been this way all the time, but always stumble, not as straight forward.
