The staff is nice and the pastry/desserts are great. My favorite place to go for desserts.

The overall appearance and quality of food was okay. The Caesar salad was lacking dressing and quality of ingredients such as romaine lettuce was welted down. Sweet tea was also lacking sweetness. Also I usually have bagged kettle salt and pepper chips and was substituted to some plain chips.

Food was great. Little bit pricey. $17 for sandwich, small soup and tarte. Wish their was a combo for soup and sandwich versus having to up charge for soup. Felt a little bit pressured to order whole sandwich “it’s only a dollar 50 to get the whole”

The only complaint I have is that each time I visit, My coffee is not hot enough. Sometimes I have to return to find another pot that satisfies the need to drink hotter coffee than what I've been getting lately at this particular La Mad.

Should be 2 pieces of toast for the price. Mango tea was delicious.

My cup of soup was not filled to the top. Also, the open table in front of the fireplace was not cleaned therefore was not able to use.

Highly satisfied would include more personal greeting and fresh bread with oils and butter at the table

The service was great.

It’s cleanish but I think dusting should be incorporated as well as sweeping after guests leave. White down the tables with a cleaning wipe. Just clean, actually clean up. Don’t be lazy and 1/2 way clean to make it look clean, no actually use cleaning solution.
