The silverware and glasses were dirty. They had black hard crusted spots. It was hard finding clean silverware

I like coming to this restaurant. It’s just not close to my usual route. When I have shopping to do I will try to come eat here if it’s off peak hours. Other wise it takes to long.

The food tasted fine. I enjoyed the meal. I was disappointed with the amount of work to “heat at home”. It was not just a matter of heating some items. Food was really only partially cooked and had to finish cooking at home. The “heat at home” description was therefore misleading. Also, if items have to go into the oven, they should have been packed in oven-ready tins rather than the plastic microwave containers received. I would also add that the amount of food was less than optimal for 6 servings. It was more like 4 1/2 servings.

when I walked in to pick up my to go order no one greeted anyone - there were several us us in a tiny to go area and 1 person - I stood there well over 5 minutes before I was even able to ask if my order was ready...then the girl was a bit rude and said they were working on it - I advised my concern is that I ordered several pastries for $12.99 and she had not pulled my pastry order and was selling pastries to more other customers in line - I was afraid I wouldn't get the ones I chose on my online order...that has happened before - she was just abrupt in answering me - and I had problems with Levelup paying online as well and had to use a 2nd credit card to pay for the order
