when I walked in to pick up my to go order no one greeted anyone - there were several us us in a tiny to go area and 1 person - I stood there well over 5 minutes before I was even able to ask if my order was ready...then the girl was a bit rude and said they were working on it - I advised my concern is that I ordered several pastries for $12.99 and she had not pulled my pastry order and was selling pastries to more other customers in line - I was afraid I wouldn't get the ones I chose on my online order...that has happened before - she was just abrupt in answering me - and I had problems with Levelup paying online as well and had to use a 2nd credit card to pay for the order

No one seemed very interested to take our order. We felt as if we were interrupting something far more important. Hopefully everyone was just having a bad day.

French onion soup was lukewarm and staff associates seemed like I was interrupting their conversation with each other. Also didn't ask if I needed a beverage, pastry/dessert or silverware.

I like the foods, especially the tomato soup, the jelly, the bread. I like the restaurant setup. I didn’t like the pasta pesto salad .

I asked for no mayo or cheese on one of the sandwiches and it did not come that way

The potato Gillette was hard, not warm, old and a bit over salted. I asked for a fresh one but was told it would take 10minuttes. I was almost finished with my meal because I ate the salad first and a chicken friand I split with my mother. The young lady the proposed she give me another “old” potato Gillette that I assumed would be the same quality as the first one.
