Porque hablo español y el personal no habla español

The bathrooms are not cleaned to a degree that I would say is clean. Cashier was going super fast.

The quality of the food wasn't as good as we remember from the last visit.

Short staffed, no crackers for chicken salad, and restaurant looks older.

I do not give highly satisfied ratings.

Took too long to take my order ladies behind the counter were helping the kitchen by filling orders in the front but leaving us to wait to take our order.

I usually go to Houston location and the place has better food presentation and also looks more clean. I was very excited to find one la madeleine in San Antonio but the experience was not the same

I asked for changing coffee instead of tea in a package, the associate said no in a rude manner called the manager and the manager had the same attitude. I asked the same question in another Madeleine yesterday and they said yes. You don’t have to be rude to explain things to a customer.

Use to go to your cages every day but the quality & value has gone down tremendously. Coffee is never hot, if there's coffee at all. Clueless as to what a Napoleon looks & tastes like. Surveys are seldom given anymore. Coffee
