The quality of the food has definitely gone down. Ordered a French Dip, it had one strip of roast beef. Side salad had hardly any dressing, no croutons, and the salad itself was not tossed to coat the lettuce. The soups also seem extremely watered down at this point with hardly any substance. I understand that costs go up, but don’t increase your prices and then water down your food at the same time. Might as well drive the extra 15 min to a McAllisters

I ordered my child some strawberry salad and was given some super old strawberries. They had darkened mushed areas. I had to ask for a different bowl of strawberries. Ordered a half grilled cheese and tomato soup. I asked for my soup to be brought out with my sandwich. When the runner brought out my grilled cheese without the soup, I asked for it which and the runner was obviously bothered by it and made a face. I also ordered a napoleon and was given a pastry that had been sitting in the fridge for a long time.

Took over 15 minutes to get a Chicken Salad Sandwich. I went up to the cashier to inquire about my order and i was told to just go back and my meal would be coming soon. She was condescending in her attitude. When the server delivered my meal he simply set it down on my plate and walked away. No apology for the delay. He seemed upset that he was doing a lot of different jobs this night. We are Creme De La Creme members and if we were not, we would not come back. But as we are, we will come back but i felt you needed to know. I have never written a complaint before, but this was a bad experience. My ticket number was 310143 if you are interested. Thank You

HOST MIRIAM WAS VERY RUDE

I've been to this location before but have been frequenting to the North Park location. When I buy sea salt baguettes in store, they seem to bake them to golden light brown and when ordering to-go, they seem much lighter, I assume for re-heating ability. This seemed true for both locations. When I went to Northwoods this time, they were over baked, dark brown and HARD. I have NEVER had them like this and when requesting for a correction, the employee was upset and just kept repeating that this is how it always is, and offered to remake some "half way", which we got pretty much exactly the same as the first ones so we felt like nothing was going to be solved if we asked again, so we left. They were hard as a rock before we even got home.

My Coffee never arrived. There was dripping splatter on the soup bowls. I had to ask twice fir the complementary bread as it was never offered. No one ever came to check on us and our number on the table indicated we still needed something we ordered.

Front girl was rude af

The food no very good it took along time to do 1/2 sandwiches when I ordered a full sandwich THE LADY THAT TOOK ORDER NO PATIENCE AT ALL

The food was cold. We had to take it back. Then we had to go get it ourselves. The server, Rudy, had severe body odor. The manager, Claudia, acknowledged and agreed with the issue, yet she did nothing to resolve the problem.
