I was satisfied with my experience. Oops did I answer wrong? The personnel are always friendly and helpful. The specialty coffee was delayed a bit but eventually was served.

My order was incomplete. We picked it up about 30 minutes before we had to serve the food, so when we served our order was incomplete. I called catering and the person was very careless about it.

A young lady was taking my order and another lady interrupted. This was very rude. The sandwich had too much mayo on it and it was a Cesar chicken sandwich. I barely received any chips. The chocolate croissant had one thin string of chocolate. The food was extremely expensive and not enough food. Do not want to return.

Partner says, “this is the worst experience I think I’ve ever had here.” This is from a previous order 10 minutes ago. Problems: shrimp Caesar was very sad. Some lettuce wilted, salad too wet, shrimp were flavorless and had bad texture, onion soup was VERY salty - a sign that it had sat too long without being replenished. Several pastries look old (you can tell by the surface of the pumpkin tart and the texture of the crust). This is somewhat subjective, so take as you will: Lighting in di ing area is bright white light - this does not make for the calm cozy atmosphere that la Madeleine us known for. Floors are dirty, lower walls are dirty, white wall tiles beside kitchen shelf is filthy (or stained and looks filthy). Wooden shelf above kitchen shelf looks dingy and plain. “Rustic aesthetic” will cover some of this, but a lot of it looks like long-term neglect. Lorraine on hot plate looks like it’s been there a few hours - shelf life on hot plate should be 45 minutes or less. Salad and pastry glass is VERY dirty. Covered in fingerprints and smears. With such a small number of guests moving through, this is pretty disappointing.

There was a huge horse fly in the cafe. When I told the manager he just said if I see it I will try to catch it. He did not look for it. He did not attempt to try to locate it at all even though I told him where it was. Later while we were dining it flew over another customers head and I walked over to her and told her to watch out that a huge horse fly was flying around the restaurant. I told her that I just watched it fly right over her head. This horse fly was HUGE. I was so disgusted.

I ordered a bowl of soup, I received a cup of soup (8 oz), called the store, they tell me that is there bowl of soup and their cup of soup is 6 ounces, very much a scam for $6.49. Will never order to go soup again

I was notified by a staff member that your ovens were "on the fritz." I had 20 people waiting for food and didn't have anything to feed them. I received the order 45 minutes late.

Order placed over phone. Spinach salad with chicken and cup of potato soup. Asked for ALL trimmings on side. Salad came with EVERYTHING on it. Had to pick BACON off of salad best I could. This is second time this happens. I will be calling in to speak to manager.
