The major problem myself and my other four guests experienced was the blatant unfriendliness of the staff and the unsanitary restaurant conditions. We arrived at approximately 5:30 at which time we were not greeted at all. The staff, especially the manager (a bald headed man with a red handkerchief over his nose and mouth) seem to be in a foul mood. Actually, I had visited the restaurant a few days earlier and this same gentleman seemed to be in a nasty mood. However, today, upon ordering, we all noticed flies in the dessert display which was rather alarming. The young lady (Sadie) that took our order was a little more pleasant than the other four workers. The young lady manned the drink station didn't utter a word even upon asking her a question which was odd? She either pointed or handed us what we asked for in an unengaging manner. The ladies' restroom was FILTHY!! There were flies, nasty water all over the floor and a piece of cardboard on the wall behind the comode in one of the stalls. Not sure what was being covered up. It was gross to say the least. I won't be returning to this restaurant which is in my neighborhood. Nasty experience!!

I love this place, food, ambiance and crew. BUT there are 2 bad apples in staff, one of them is the manager "Sadie" (walking discapacity) and a lady (Mexican-American) on the To-Go orders. Rude people, bad attitude, and zero customer service. This is why I don't come here more often. Toxic people hurts businesses.

The order was placed online and my invoice indicated the Northwoods location, when we went to pick up they had no record.

Cafe was closed when we arrived ... only doing to go orders. After waiting for 45 minutes, I had to go in and ask and my order was sitting there ... they had never told me it was ready, even though I was asked to wait outside and they would bring order out. Then, order was missing something that I didn't discover until we had gone back home.
