Great service but the coffee doesn't stay hot

The food was delicious. We loved the variety of desserts offered. The ambience was great - I love sitting next to the fire!

The quality of the pastries was incredible. Our coffee and hot chocolate were rich and made wonderfully. The prices were very reasonable as well. The employees were so friendly!

The associates always make the La Madeleine visit for me. Sarah, Jordan and Mike especially go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. I will say, though, I am concerned about the level of oil used to make the eggs. There is a lot of grease used. I couldn't finish my eggs, and I don't think I'll order them anymore. Additionally, the coffee is often cold when I go in the afternoons/evenings, and sometimes in the mornings during the week. Otherwise, this place is absolutely wonderful!

La Madeleine is my husband and I favorite place to eat during our weekly lunch or dinner date. Kevin and Michael go above and beyond for us.

The ambiance and coziness, along with the tastefully prepared food every time I visit, is what's makes me choose this place every time I want something delicious. The whole experience is always great.

The staff was very professional, efficient, and friendly. The flavor of the food was exceptional even though the Quiche was more "room temperature" than warm or hot.

The service from Lily and Deanne was fantastic. They helped with both the order and ease of service. These ladies deserve a shout out for providing the best experience I have had at any La Madeleine!!!
