The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The pastries I bought were delicious and there was a great variety to choose from. It is easy and quick to pick up orders.

It’s always the people that work there that influence my decision on whether or not I’ll return. La Madeleine seems to hire the friendliest most professional service with this type of dining experience.

This is our favorite La Madeleine location in Austin. Most of the time, the workers are quicker than other locations, but this is not always the case. But over the years, this location has been our favorite in Austin
