The staff was respectful and helped me with my order. They worked fast to prepare my food at a high quality. The restaurant was also very clean.

I love La Madeleine. The salads are delicious, the eclairs and pastries are great. I deeply appreciate that you have mini-pastries so that those who don't want a huge dessert can have a small treat. The mini fruit tarts are especially fine. I also REALLY like that your music isn't too loud so I can hear my friends talk! La Madeleine is my go-to place to meet with a friend(s) for a lunch or a coffee and chat. I come at least once or twice a month.

I can always count on the food and pastries to be top quality and exactly like what I used to make in pastry chef school. It makes me so happy to have as authentic as I can get French pastries and other food items. Thank you!

The service was amazing

The associates at this location were and always have been very friendly. The food was delicious and came out very quickly—exactly what I was expecting. The restaurant was incredibly clean and music was pleasant—we also hit at a great time when the restaurant was not overly busy.

The customer service representative was very friendly and warm when we walked in. She was courteous and helpful and took our order in an efficient manner and it was clear she was knowledgeable about the menu. This store is also clean and was being cleaned in a non-distracting manner. The food came out quickly and was delicious

The food was absolutely delicious. I love crepes and the strawberry Nutella crepes were SOOO GOOD! I loved the French lessons playing in the bathroom as well as the French theme music at the dining tables.

The attendee at the cashier was very quick to understand my order. They also inquiried about drinks, and although I didn't order any, it would be very convenient if I had needed to.
