Very pleasant staff, freshness of food. Cost of food and coffee is reasonable.

My experience placing the order via the app was smooth and efficient. There was no wait when I arrived at the cafe to pick up my order and my order was well packaged. My food was well presented and tasted delicious. I have no complaints.

My host was so nice and personable.

Our food was very good, our cashier who recognizes us, was very friendly. This is our go to la madeleine…we had an issue a couple of weeks ago and we’re VERY satisfied with the attentive manager who called us to make it right. That speaks volumes about your customer service. Your food is very good and has a good variety.

The server made the day! His name was Cory and he was most helpful to all the customers and also called some by their name respectively. I do hope the employees are recognized for their politeness as they work hard at the take out counter, which is where this took place.
