Great service

The food is great and the employees are very friendly. I have been coming to this location for many years and I have never had a bad experience with the food or the employees. During my online order the app told me that the food arrive around 3:30ish. I called the restaurant to ask them to make sure the bag was stapled shut all the way. The associate told me that they did not see an order for me in their location. I then hung up and looked in the app again and tried to look online to see if there was another location like the 290 one that it might have gone to. I looked again and the app said it was at Champions as I thought and I saw the time for delivery changed to 4 PM. I called the store again, and the associate said they saw the order now and that they will staple it.

Good brunch atmosphere

Management and staff were very customer friendly. Ingrid the manager on staff made our organization feel very comfortable and welcomed to la Madeline, since this was our first time having an organizational meeting there. General Manager Dijana Ikanovic was also very welcoming when showing how la Madeline can be accommodating for Discovering Change Non-Profit Organization. Manager Chuck who was a fill in was also very informative when suggesting items for our meeting. The overall experience was there was exceptional, and we will be attending again.

Everything was really nice.

Good food, good selection, friendly and courteous team members on duty -- especially Trenette, who is always great! I was disappointed to see the significant price increases on my main course and my beverage, but it should have come as no surprise to me.
