Overall excellent experience. Only had an issue a couple times with previous order. As of late everything has been perfect.

Presentation. French rustic ambiance. Food always good.

La Madeleine food and service were always met my expectation.

Convenient to be able to order breakfast at any time, and the French Country Breakfaste is a favorite of mine. Good, pleasant service, and fair prices. The food was not as hot as usual when it was served, which makes me wonder how long it sat under the lights before a team member brought it to my table. Not cold, but not as hot as I would have preferred.

The staff is always friendly. The food is always prepared to my liking. The establishment is always clean .

High quality of food, good selection, fair prices on some items. Excellent service, especially when Trenette is on duty, as she was on this occasion. My only cause for a complaint is that you were out of the mushroom sauce that is normally included with the Chicken Friand; without it, the friand was dry and not as tasty as usual.

A complete stranger paid for our breakfast because I let he and his family go ahead of us. Class act - wonderful surprise. I will seek an opportunity to pay it forward soon. Breakfast was served very quickly, hot, and as I ordered - always the case Rewards program is great
