This location is the best for service with the employees. However today a male manager was present who stood over employee and did not acknowledge or greet the clients being me and my son standing at the counter.

I have been utilizing the La madeleine restaurants almost weekly. I order sandwiches, muffins breads and pasta etc for years all over Houston. I especially like the Champion area store. The people are kind, always cheerful and willing to help. The food taste is authentic and presented well. I usually order to go and I have had no spills. I will always be a customer.
