The staff is always very friendly. The food is always excellent. And the ambiance is very nice.

In recent visits, we were less than satisfied due to coffee being luke warm, creamer being empty and iced tea not remade. Service was slow and items were delivered to the table incorrectly. THIS visit, however, seems to have turned our impression around and perhaps there is new management? If it remains up to these standards, we will definitely return! We gave it one more chance and you kept loyal customers! Thank you!

I love La Madeline, I have visited this one a few times. Never had any issues, my food did seem to take a bit longer this time but not really a big deal. Only thing that was extremely aggravating, was the table of 2 moms ( I assume) that let their children SCREAM the whole time I was eating. Which is not La Madeleine fault. But none the less hard to enjoy your lunch. Looking around you could see others felt the same way. And yes I do have children lol 2,4,and 8 yr old. These children were clearly being ignored by the two ladies at the table. Maybe offering a color sheet with crayons by the Manager would send a polite message to address your children's behavior. Just a Thought ...

La Madeleine is always great! Had the Creme Brulee and it was dope! Love this place!

The food was delicious, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere makes you feel at home and the decor is beautiful. The bread with the butter and jelly, outstanding.
