la Madeleine

I usually order the same thing when I come in to take out breakfast. I’ve noticed it’s usually inconsistent.

It wasn’t enough people working, that’s why the line to order was so long. The presentation can always be better. I had been in other Madeline and the sale presentation are prettier. But overall Madeline is always a great place to go and eat

The salad was messy The salad was also very hot and not tasty The salad was very warm and gross

Staff were busy cleaning appliances and didn’t see us standing there for more than 30 seconds or more. Hot sandwich came with no chips that were ordered. Went to pastry area for a to-go dessert and stood there for over 2 minutes to get service. This location is up and down with service levels. We come here almost weekly.

Good experience

I am very satisfied with service and the staff is so friendly. However I do miss the spinach pochet on the menu. The restaurant could be a bit cleaner.

Experience was good. Food could have been warmer. More of a selection of teas.

Nice atmosphere, gppd food and good service

I bought 2 palmiers twice in the past two weeks. Each time one was overly brown. I may try one more time.

Coffee was lukewarm. Manager said it was too late to brew a fresh pot. Everything else was great.
