My order was incorrect. I specifically asked the guy who took the order to include bread with my order. He asked what kind of bread I wanted. There was no bread with my order.

Upon my arrival, there was one at the counter. Employees who saw me waiting to be attended, didn't greet, didin't guide me proactively. I had to aproach them asking who could take my order. Stephanie, who took my order and checked me out, was very amicable and nice

I think there is always room for improvement. While I truly enjoyed the experience the store overall could use some refreshing/updates. Again there was nothing bad, just slight opportunities for improvement.

I wasn’t greeted initially, and people that came in behind me were helped before I was. That was at the bakery/takeout counter. My host, Monica, was fabulous, and my server was respectful.

I was pretty highly satisfied with the service at the La Madeline. I enjoy coming here because of the food and service. I love the food and scenery.

1. Rewarding only one per order is not clearly listed or reminded by the staff 2. Accepted two reward redeemed in store, recognized only one 3. The second reward, not limited, was NOT returned to my account. So I lost $3 off $10 reward for September

There is room for improvement. Some workers are not very hospitable or maybe just more introverted. It was fast this time but normally it’s kind of slow.
