The sales person want me to wait as he finish other cafe work, so customer wasn’t his priority

I am sufficiently satisfied with the overall experience. One factor that would definitely highly satisfy me is the improvement of serving portion for everything else that isn’t a sandwich.

1. the tomato on my plate was old and soggy. 2. the dinnerware was dirty and not clean at all. 3. the bottle tops of the hot sauce were dirty and had an accumulation of dried up sauce on the bottle tops.

I was quite very satisfied with the service. No problems whatsoever, and the good was great. I am highly satisfied with the overall experience.

Nothing exceptional about this visit. Everything was good, selection was decent, team members pleasant. A bit overpriced, but not terrible. But overall, I believe "Satisfied" more accurately reflected my experience than "Highly Satisfied."
