I redeemed by reward for a free box of Bake-at-home chocolate croissants but once I verified my order at the store during pickup, I had to call them out for not including my box. I was then told they ran out and offered the regular croissants. Was annoyed I had to double check my order before I was notified of the lack of inventory.

ordered & paid via app, but had to wait behind everyone ordering (4people) to pick up my order which was sitting on the counter when I arrived. even though they had a shelf with access labeled fo pickup as I walked in. no carryout orderes were on this shelf just stacked behind cashier. my food was cold. Also the quality of the food was sub par compared to past experience . Eggs were dry and the croissant was not flakey & very small. increase in price was ok but I didn't expect portion to be so much smaller.

I don't like that they have done away with the menus, you now have to go and look at the menu taped to the counter. I'm elderly and I usually order for an elderly friend and she wants to see the menu and decide what to order she can't stand at the counter. They just started doing this and I don't know why.

My quiche was not hot or fully cooked - apart from the dough base not tasting good when it is not fully cooked, the cheese does not melt in the same way as if it was hot enough. Once I get to my table and set up my computer, etc. it's a hassle to go back to tell the attendants that the quiche is cold. This is not the first time this happened to me.

At first food was wrong and then it came out somewhat cold when it was supposed to be hot and fresh.

They gave me the wrong food item. I went home and realized that I had the wrong food item. So I had to drive back to La Madeleine to get the correct food item. They also didn’t give me any plastic spoon or fork.
