The variety is not so good The cost of the plates ir a little bit higher The presentarion could be better

1. clerks taking menu orders were not especially friendly/no usual smiles. 2. clerk checking me out was curt. 3. General atmosphere was not pleasant. Maybe b/c it was a Thursday???

Everything was great, except the bread was dry.

The Madeline cafe has been “the spot” for my boyfriend and I since we found it last year . What keeps us coming back is the chicken friand. This cafe has delicious food and pastries but our favorite is that chicken friand.

My experience at this cafe was generally good, as usual. It was near closing time, so I was not particularly surprised that the food wasn't at its normal serving temperature; specifically, the tomato basil soup and the mushroom sauce were closer to lukewarm than hot. And I must register my unhappiness with the latest version of the laMadeleine app for Androd; it has a mind of its own, and this "upgrade" wiped out my account information, including my credit card and my order history. And on this visit, the app demonstrated even crazier behavior. Call me on my cell number if you care.

I experienced great customer service so far. To me seems the food to be quite limited choice, but still was great presentation and taste. I give it a 8 out of 10!

Bread was not available for customers to get. For some reason, it is behind the counter now. Maybe other customers abused the complimentary bread.

Associate spoke very softly and did not make a lot of sense. She gave me a croissant that I did not order (I kept it and brought it home). I don't think she was listening to me when I ordered. The food was delicious. Not complaint about the food. Tying to understand your new policy and she was not able to explain where I coulld understand.
