My sister received the order, so I wasn’t there to go over it with the person who brought it. My sister said she was very nice and had great customer service but I ordered 1 bacon sausage frittata we were given two veggies. It was not what I paid for.

I ordered food for 30 people and they only gave me bread for 20 people, when I called to speak to a manager instead of understanding and taking responsibility she made me feel like I was the one at fault. She didn't offer anything for their mistake, just offered to bring me the bread that they owed me. I have order from laMadeleine and never had this issue before.

My hubby always orders the Chicken Parisien sandwich and yesterday's sandwich was not prepared as what he typically receives. He said the chicken was very dry and that combined with no moisture on the hard roll was unappetizing. Plus they forgot the Ceasar salad and brought him the field green. I tried the Cafe sampler and will never order the Quiche Lorraine again - room temperature and no flavor. Sorry to say we were extremely disappointed with this meal.

The bathrooms were dirty. The soda dispensers were noticeably dirty on the outside. The pasta was greasy and wet the sandwiches, and there was also a piece of plastic in a piece of chicken.

I had a coupon on app $3 off when you spend $10 or more, Told girl at to go register that I read it wrong you have to use online or App. So sat there ordered this was at 2:20pm, then app said would be ready at 3pm asked girl again she had to get manager to push it threw was for salad sampler, crème Brule, baked French baguette, manager was cursing as had to clean tables then told me order was able to push threw I left there at 2:47pm. The employees do not seem to be trained well. It has gone way down hill since 2005. Used to come here all the time it has been a lot less lately as takes forever and is always issue. Chicken salad container lids not even on all the way, salad dry, last time I got strawberry Romanoff and got 4 strwaberries in a cup and a small container of sauce they have changed recipe. Just upset it has down hill

The food was prepared and served very nicely, however, both the decaf and French coffee were barely warm. I have had issues with the coffee at this location on several occasions. Several times they are either out of coffee or it is not hot.

I've been going to this Madeleine location for about 30 years, all my favorite menu items have been discontinued, I am vegetarian and my very best item was the Spinach pochette, which was discontinued years ago, then the spinach quiche, which was discontinued about a year ago, no one in my family likes the new "quiche", it does not even taste like a quiche. Then the pecan oatmeal cookies, no pecan cookies today, either, they were replaced but very sweet cookies full of raisins and no pecans. Not a whole lot left in the menu that I like. PLEASE EXPAND THE MENU FOR VEGETARIANS!.

I was unhappy with the fact that we are now being charged for a gift card. So Im having to pay extra to gift someone a gift card to eat at your place. I could have given them the $15 in cash and let them chose a spot of there own.

It has been over a month that your sandwidches have become smaller and the quality of bread is not as good. The current size of a full sandwich iis like a HALF Sandwich!!! La Madeline is cutting on the size and portions, reducing quality, AND charging more!! If It continues the way it is, unfortunately you will lose faithful custoers including myself and that is really sad. Thank you for reading

I ordered online through the mobile app a Chicken Riviera Sandwich they gave me a burnt croissant chicken salad sandwich which was not acceptable and nothing close to what I had ordered. I called the store and they are going to replace my sandwich still upset that my online mobile order was not checked before put on the to go cart. Which makes it more inconvenient for me to drive all the way back for a sandiwch. Only one person taking orders and was trying her best to deal with all of the customers , she needs help so lines can move faster and more efficient.
