Ordered American Breakfast with over medium eggs. I received scrambled eggs. Coffee was not hot at all, lukewarm. Bread was stale.

For at least the past 3 years, I've ordered the Holiday sampler. In this time, I've never received the cranberry sauce. This time I made an additional request for it in my comments section. Still didn't get it... & it was even missing from my Turkey Cranberry & Swiss Croque Monsieur. Additionally, I received no Cranberry Apple Stuffing in my sampler. So just green beans & an ever shrinking portion of turkey, along with the mushroom sauce. So I didn't even get a full meal or my monies worth. I noticed on the receipt that everything but the meal & it's components was crossed off; assuming this means those were doubled checked, but meal wasn't. I received no phone call or notice upon arrival that items were unavailable, no request for substitution. So I must assume this was a big oversight, again.

When I arrived, it was not that busy, and there’s no one available to take my order. Had to wait a few minutes. After I ordered, there’s no one at the cashier stand, had to wait again. My over easy eggs had broken yolks and cooked hard and my croissant was almost inedible. Not a good experience.

The employee charged me for a two sandwiches when I asked for two halves and the manager asked for the sandwiches back which I thought could have been handled way more professional.

The air conditioner does not WORK! It is very hot inside the restaurant. Your personnel is suffering too!!

After placing my order I let Milka know that it was to go. She answered very bothered and said that I should have told her that before I placed my order. When it was time to pay she again repeated that next time I am suppose to say it’s to go before ordering because I’m supposed to place my order at the bakery. I was not aware since it was my first time placing a “to-go” order. And if that’s the case, the manner in which she addressed me should have been courteous, instead of annoyed and bothered.

Ease or ordering, spoke to associate at store to add additional items - very sweet and accomodating. Only issue is more explanation on addition of 20% online and reason why, had to call the store for clarification.

The delivery driver was that before the appointed time; helped to set everything up and was courteous.

I was happy to find parking for pickup orders so I was able to get in the cafe quickly. I went to the bakery and ordered one loaf of sourdough and one of seven grain along with one chocolate croissant. It was bagged and I was out the door as quickly as I came in. Unfortunately when I got home, I unpacked he bread to find a crushed loaf of sourdough…the middle of the loaf was completely smushed…only 6 slices towards the end were the right size/shape. I was planning on using this for sandwiches but can not since the loaf is misshapen. Really disappointed.
