la Madeleine

The orange juice was very full of pulpy. There was a smell in the restroom. The restaurant was cold.

I was very happy with my experience. The food was made fairly quickly and accurately. The staff was very friendly, and accompaniting. The vibe of the restaurant is what always draws me in.

I have ordered 3 foods and one of them was excellent (Mushroom Soup)! The other two were a Cesar Salad and I am so glad that the dressing is good, but I would have preferred not soo many shoots and few leaves. The sandwich bread would be more delicious if it was warmer and crispy/crunchy bread. With those adjustments Madeleine would be even more enjoyable! However, I enjoyed so much my Mango Iced Tea!

The restroom is just terrible. The men’s room is in extremely poor condition, actually resembling an authentic Asian diner. I really like the food here, but it appears this location will be permanently closing its doors. I wish you all the best!

While the atmosphere of la Madeleine is inviting and enjoyable, that noisy coffee machine makes us unable to communicate until the barista is finished. If only you had it in a back room so that it didn't overlay all the ambiance.

The staff wasn't very friendly. I usually go to the la Madeleine in Spring on Grand Parkway, where the staff is always very friendly. I just didn't feel very welcome at the 5055A FM 1960 Rd., Houston location. We happened to be in the neighborhood, which is why we tried this location, but we won't be returning there.

Salad did not contain chicken as ordered.

There was some type of liquid in the tray that made everything soggy. I don't know why it was wet in the 1st place but I had to open my car door and pour out the liquid so it would be edible.

Need more good presentation the food

Bought muffins, They were a little burned, especially the top. They were a little dry—not moist at all.
