The food is consistently great. The staff is also always friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the app scanner was broken and I was unable to collect points for this transaction. Otherwise, good experience.

I really like their food and their pastry.

I arrived at 8:30 PM, and it was obvious the entire crew was ready to quit working for the day. No manager was visible, and they were already mostly done with their cleanup. The food that had not been put away for the day was obviously on its way to that destination. The soup wasn't cold, but the temperature made it clear that the burner had been turned off for some time. All in all, not a terrible experience, but definitely not up to the normal standards of this LaMadeleine location.

I like the fact that the food is delicious and healthy and that I can serve myself.

I get upset when you are ordering food and the staff is standing there talking to one another and you have to ask for someone to wait on you. The cashier was great and we were very satisfied with the overall visit. Thank you.

I’m fairly new to the place and really didn’t know how things work or really how everything tastes and how to order.

I ordered the Cafe Sampler, which is one of my most frequent meals at La Madeleine, and it was fine. There was only one half-slice of Chicken Friand remaining, and it wasn't quite as fresh as usual, but it was OK. And the staff shortage was evident, in the time I waited to place my order, but only a few minutes. I was disappointed that Trenette wasn't on duty, and I hope she still works there; she is one of the greatest assets this store has to offer!

The girl who handed me my food was not all that friendly. She never is. In fact, she almost seems unhappy with me eating and buying from food from there. The managers are not all that friendly either.

Did not like the ordering and payment process when there are many people in line.
