I have noticed inconsistent ports in sizes with the same dish. Specifically, the creamy pesto pasta.

I did not rate Highly Satisfied because my quiche dough was not fully cooked or hot enough, it tastes completely different when the dough is not fully cooked, also the cheese inside does not melt properly.

Soup not hot enough. Soup heated on stove made it too thick and lumpy. Just because.

I requested my pasta order to have a 15 minute wait before being turned in, so we could enjoy our salad. This is the second time the request has been stated back to me but ignored. Prior experience with this request was very satisfactory, but recent experiences are not.

I redeemed by reward for a free box of Bake-at-home chocolate croissants but once I verified my order at the store during pickup, I had to call them out for not including my box. I was then told they ran out and offered the regular croissants. Was annoyed I had to double check my order before I was notified of the lack of inventory.

ordered & paid via app, but had to wait behind everyone ordering (4people) to pick up my order which was sitting on the counter when I arrived. even though they had a shelf with access labeled fo pickup as I walked in. no carryout orderes were on this shelf just stacked behind cashier. my food was cold. Also the quality of the food was sub par compared to past experience . Eggs were dry and the croissant was not flakey & very small. increase in price was ok but I didn't expect portion to be so much smaller.

I don't like that they have done away with the menus, you now have to go and look at the menu taped to the counter. I'm elderly and I usually order for an elderly friend and she wants to see the menu and decide what to order she can't stand at the counter. They just started doing this and I don't know why.

No Eggs Benedict was offered - possibly due to COVID?
