I visit champions location today, I was greeted by a cheerful lady working the line. I place my order with the guy working with an heavy accent, he was rude, cut me off before I was finish speaking, acting like he didn't want to help me at this point I'm annoyed I told him to cancel it, I went to the other side to the cheerful lady that greet me when I came in, she help me with no hesitation, answer all my questions went above to make sure I was happy and apologize for her rude, not happy, can't understand coworker, the only reason I will come back is for her she save the day. Thank you cheerful lady

Had asked attendant to use rewards. He assured me that he was using the reward and that it had scanned. However, I was charged for the "Daily Surprise" award. I did not notice the charge until I arrived home and did not want to use extra energy going back to restaurant to correct the mistake.

I ordered an entree online and they didn't give me my protein which was essential and had to take an extra trip to pick it up and they didn't even offer me anything not even a pastry for my inconvenience. And Patrick just slid the chicken me like he was put out but I made the extra trip, who mentioned over the phone I can reimburse you the chicken. WOW!! Thanks

I ordered tea. No tea was available. I had completed my food by the time the tea was ready. I asked for the sandwich to be toasted. It wasn't. Sent it back and only the croissant was toasted. Not the ham/cheese.

Me and my friend are food was on one ticket and there was a miscommunication on I wanted a side Cesar and the baked salmon they charged her for salmon Cesar and then also charged me for the Balsamic glaze salmon and a side salad and I asked her you didn’t charge her for mine did you I was told the next night we were both charged so now I’m here on a Sunday trying to get a refund!!

My sister received the order, so I wasn’t there to go over it with the person who brought it. My sister said she was very nice and had great customer service but I ordered 1 bacon sausage frittata we were given two veggies. It was not what I paid for.

I ordered food for 30 people and they only gave me bread for 20 people, when I called to speak to a manager instead of understanding and taking responsibility she made me feel like I was the one at fault. She didn't offer anything for their mistake, just offered to bring me the bread that they owed me. I have order from laMadeleine and never had this issue before.

My hubby always orders the Chicken Parisien sandwich and yesterday's sandwich was not prepared as what he typically receives. He said the chicken was very dry and that combined with no moisture on the hard roll was unappetizing. Plus they forgot the Ceasar salad and brought him the field green. I tried the Cafe sampler and will never order the Quiche Lorraine again - room temperature and no flavor. Sorry to say we were extremely disappointed with this meal.
