Friendliness of bakery cafe girl. Fresh hot croissants just came out and she served me one rather than the cold ones in the bakery case. The smell in the restaurant was divine like fresh baked croissants! The coffee is always great..my favorite.

I visit this location frequently and the staff is always friendly. I haven’t had any issues with my food. When you have a family of 4 good food is important.

Staff helped to set up tables for seven of us. Order was at my table in good time. The au juice for the French Dip was flavorful and not salty.

La Madeleine is my go-to place to catch up with a longtime friend. We choose it because the food is delicious and the ambiance just makes us want to linger. We love it so much we usually have lunch then a coffee and dessert later on. This is random but I enjoy the French lessons in the restroom :-)

Friendly staff, high quality food

The people were prompt and friendly. The associate was helpful and answered questions. The atmosphere was clean and relaxed.

This is one of my dad's favorite places - always orders the Chicken Caesar Sandwich! As long as you don't change it, we'll be back. I will say that I wish you had not changed the flavor of your rotisserie chicken and the ingredients of the spinach salad (used to have red bell pepper and mushrooms on it). It's not bad, but better before - both the flavor of the chicken and the salad.

Excellent portions and quality of food and customer service

I love the atmosphere. It's got a nice slow pace, so it's a nice place for me to come and work. I also love the aesthetic of the interior. Staff is very friendly.
