Everyone is always friendly. The food always comes out good. The service is fast. The place is always clean.

This was our first time ordering a latte and they were actually very good! Croissant was just perfect. Blueberry muffin was tasty!

The manager on Duty was very friendly, and made an extra special effort to make sure we were satisfied with our food, because of a snafu with our order. Gave us extra salad, brought our to go order personally To our table.

Good selection, generally high quality of food, although on this occasion I took the last Potato Galete, and it was past its prime. It was dry and had obviously been sitting on the hotplate too long. The taste was OK, and I didn't complain to the MOD. Other than that self-inflicted misstep, I had a good experience on this visit, as usual.

I come to this La Madeleine a lot. I usually have issues with the ordering process - seems very confusing and changes constantly. Today the process was simple and the cashier and person assisting behind the counter were very friendly and helpful.
