Thank you Qais for always looking for the ends of the dark bread and putting them in a bag and giving to me. That is so thoughtful and kind. I love la Madeleine and everyone who works here at Meyerland.

This cafe has the best service. Associate Christine is the hardest worker. She always remembers how I like my orders and checks to see that all is correct. Christine and Qais are helpful and efficient. I get the best service from them. The menu here offers a wide variety and is always fresh. The cafe has a fun bakery too. Always delicious.

Very nice place. I would invite most friends and family here because of the good food. Not to mention the wonderful waiter, Qais. He is wonderful and very friendly to talk to.

I’d have to say that I was surprise he answered the phone being that it was Jerrome Rodeo season. No other restaurant answered the phone but when we called the Madeline, Cecilia answered the phone right away. She has awesome customer service skills. When I arrive to pick up my order, Rick was very friendly. I told him about Celia how she answered the phone and that he had a good employee just based on how she answered the phone Rick then told is that he and his staff were there with whatever we needed. Went back two days later I placed an order with with Pedro another amazing employee. Took my order. Our food was ready before you knew it and said thank you for coming back and I hope you keep coming back. I told him we would definitely be coming back until the end of the rodeo.
