Everyone is always really friendly and my food gets to me fast

I’d have to say that I was surprise he answered the phone being that it was Jerrome Rodeo season. No other restaurant answered the phone but when we called the Madeline, Cecilia answered the phone right away. She has awesome customer service skills. When I arrive to pick up my order, Rick was very friendly. I told him about Celia how she answered the phone and that he had a good employee just based on how she answered the phone Rick then told is that he and his staff were there with whatever we needed. Went back two days later I placed an order with with Pedro another amazing employee. Took my order. Our food was ready before you knew it and said thank you for coming back and I hope you keep coming back. I told him we would definitely be coming back until the end of the rodeo.

Qais, our waiter gives excellent service and is so kind to us. They are always a highlight of our dinning experience and one of the many reasons we love to come here.

I love La Madeleine food

My wife's cousin and her husband visited us from Florida and we brought them to the Meyerland LaMadeleine restaurant. They loved it so much that they wouldn't go to a different restaurant for breakfast. The cousin got the Sacher Torte dark chocolate cake slice each time. She didn't want any other bakery item. She said that there is no LaMadeleine restaurant in Gainesville, Florida, but wish there were one.

The food was more than enough and it was well prepared. The service at the store was awesome and the food prep and packaging was great. My entire office enjoyed the food due to flavor and taste.
