Anissa is exceptional as always!

I never get tired of talking about my lovely experiences at Meyerland La Madeleine whenever I receive a guest survey slip. Qais is the best staff member. And Resurrection is such a sweet employee also. She noticed that each day I like the dark bread and brought me dark bread she had toasted. I hadn't even asked her to do that; she just thought I would like to try the bread toasted. It was great. Such a thoughtful, kind act.

All I did was just order some pastry's and the only problem I had was that I forgot to scan my app and I didn't get a reward for it:(. But the food was great

I love the customer service, the associates kindness, the speed with which the associates tend to the customers, the food is delicious and the cleanliness of the restaurant is impeccable.

The staff at the Meyerland cafe are always friendly and helpful. My order is always correct. The food is fresh and the staff knows me and remembers to put in an extra sauce or salad dressing without me asking. So nice of them!

Qais is very freindly and efficient

The employees at this La Madeleine were very nice. We decided to sit on the patio to enjoy the cooler weather and the employee brought a "hot out of the oven" Chicken Friand to our table, because it was not ready when we went through the buffet line. We needed salt and pepper and they brought it to our table. We wanted "to-go" coffee cups and they brought it to our table. What a nice place.
