Always great service. The man at the to go section is always very friendly and helpful. The management is also quick to help you if there’s a problem with your order

I just returned from eating at la madeleine. I was so pleased with the service I received that I want to compliment the associates who made my experience special. Qais and Anissa were particularly helpful. When I went to get coffee, Qais offered to fill my cup. He remembers how I prefer a mix of coffees. And Anissa even greeted me by name. It makes customers feel valued when you have associates who go out of their way to make customers feel welcomed. I can go other places to eat but other places do not offer the great service I receive here, so I will be back. Thank you to Qais and to Anissa.

I love the Meyerland laMadeleine. It is so warm and peaceful there. This morning Qais brought me the ends of the dark bread because he knows I like them. (Mitar also gives them to me when he is there.) Then Qais brought me a bag and put the bread in it so it would be fresh since he noticed I hadn't eaten it yet. I really appreciate everyone who works there and the generosity of this restaurant. linda

The food was delicious. I had 2 guests with me who enjoyed their food choices. The food was served at s correct temperature.
