The service is always great, I love going here with my family. The menu is not so vast but we always find soemthing delicious to eat. Lovely place

the cafe can use some updating. it is showing its age, esp when compared to other locations. I am grateful for the Meyerland location. The food is tasty and the staff works hard to make diners happy. I really hope La Madeleine can find a location in or near Rice Village. We miss you in West U!

I just returned from eating at la madeleine. I was so pleased with the service I received that I want to compliment the associates who made my experience special. Qais and Anissa were particularly helpful. When I went to get coffee, Qais offered to fill my cup. He remembers how I prefer a mix of coffees. And Anissa even greeted me by name. It makes customers feel valued when you have associates who go out of their way to make customers feel welcomed. I can go other places to eat but other places do not offer the great service I receive here, so I will be back. Thank you to Qais and to Anissa.

All of my expectations were met.

I love the Meyerland laMadeleine. It is so warm and peaceful there. This morning Qais brought me the ends of the dark bread because he knows I like them. (Mitar also gives them to me when he is there.) Then Qais brought me a bag and put the bread in it so it would be fresh since he noticed I hadn't eaten it yet. I really appreciate everyone who works there and the generosity of this restaurant. linda
